Where do I find my tracking number?
Look for the email with the subject "A shipment from order #XXXX is on the way". The tracking number is a single string of letters and numbers, usually 13 to 20 characters long, like JSEXX0000000000XX.
Can I use my order number?
No. Order numbers look like PA000000 and cannot be tracked here. Please use the tracking number from your shipping email.
